I can't read Japanese, so I am at a loss as to what I am supposed to do for "missions".

Anyways, Battle Stadium D.O.N. (If you haven't noticed yet, Dragonball Z, One Piece and Naruto) is a Super Smash Bros. Clone for the PS2. It's an import...and I wouldn't say this is the most entertaining clone. It just makes me want to play Smash Bros.

While you can KO your opponents by knocking them out of the arena, you don't win that way. This game plays like "Tug o War". Basically, you and your opponent share a life bar of sorts. The more you damage them, the more health you gain (odd concept). You "K.O." (and weaken) them by basically attaining a bigger health bar than everyone else. You can only win if your health bar overwhelms the opponents to the point where they can't respawn as they have zero health. As you can imagine, if you face an "equal", you're going to be playing for a VERY long time.

This game plays a bit of a cross between Jump Super Stars and Smash...Jump only because you can do Super Special Moves, but the control scheme is all Smash Bros, even the button combination.

This game, all in all, is more of a button masher than Smash is.

And I haven't played this game long enough to unlock all the characters if you're wondering.

Another game that is similar but different is "Dream Mix World TV Fighters" where you can actually play as Solid Snake before Smash Bros. Brawl ever did. That gameplay will be coming soon...
