The video shows you how to bridge (share) a connection between a laptop running Vista and an Xbox 360.

This is especially useful if your Xbox 360 is too far away from your router to plug the Ethernet cable into and/or
too far away from your router to get a good signal with your Wireless Network Adapter. This is also a good option if you don't want to spend $100 for the wireless network adapter.
