A team of Dreyfoos School of the Arts students create the winning design in a City-sponsored competition for a mural that was painted on the pavement at the intersection of Tamarind and Fern, where many students cross on the way to and from school. The purpose of the mural is to encourage drivers to slow down at that intersection, and to add a touch of beauty to the area.
