Dual BOSU squats are a great way to increase your inner/outer thigh involvement during squats.

These will help improve your coordination and balance as well.

Set the BOSU balls a few feet away from the Free motion machine.

Set the resistance and grab the handles and walk back to the standing position on the BOSU balance trainers.

Squat down with your arms fully outstretched using the weight of the cable stack as a counter balance.

Squat up and perform a cable row at the top of the motion.

As always, keep your core tight as you perform the motion.

If you are looking to tone your body and drop body fat, these exercises which work multiple major muscle groups are a great way to get "more bang for your buck" as far as time in the gym goes.

Remember if you need to tone your body or lose weight you need a balanced, healthy diet and cardio.
