Vivian is the founder of MassageInsuranceBilling.com and author of a massage insurance billing manual Manipulate Your Future. She teaches seminars and serves on numerous national and state committees pertaining to insurance billing. Vivian also writes articles for numerous national and state publications including Massage Today, the FSMTA Massage Message Magazine and the AMTA Florida Journal on insurance billing.

During this interview Vivian talks about her tour of Davids clinic. She also reveals a few tips to receiving payment from the insurance companies and what they are looking for in your treatment or SOAP notes. Vivian even tells a funny story about the first time she met David in person.
