A section of leaders have backed a move by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to revert to manual voter registration exercise. The leaders who included Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi and Justice Minister Eugene Wamalwa said the country should go back to manual registration exercise if the IEBC will not be ready for the Biometric Voter Registration for the forthcoming poll.
