At a House Science subcommittee hearing yesterday, an EPA investigation into groundwater contamination in Pavillion Wyoming was being discussed. That's where Josh Fox, director of the film "Gasland", found himself arrested by Capitol Police for attempting to film. Fox was charged with unlawful entry and will have to appear in DC Superior Court on February 15th. So what exactly happened? He joins the show to explain.
