Pakistan International Airlines's flights are regularly delayed or canceled without any prior intimation or support (no water, refreshments or seating arrangement from company).

In this video PIA flight PK-370 from Karachi to Islamabad was delayed for more than eight hours on 15th February, 2013. Passengers were not informed and upon arrival, they were not allowed to enter the lobby. They were told to spend the time on road outside the airport. This video is the "brave" confession of PIA passenger support official that PIA do not provide any seating arrangement, support, water or refreshment whatsoever. The attitude of PIA employee shows how much they fear laws or care about customer.

Complaint was lounged with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) # 74 dated 15-02-2013.

The long delay in flight and inappropriate behavior of PIA officials resulted in a big fight later between PIA staff and passengers which was also recorded and will be included later.
