Phlat-Boxing!

In this video I will show you how I use my PhlatBoyZ PhlatPrinter 3 CNC Machine to make my own box from some corrugated E_Flute boardstock that I had on hand. I worked up the box design in Google's SketchUp (free CAD program) and coded it for the CNC machine using the PhlatBoyZ PhlatScript (a free plug-in for SketchUp).

Some parameters:

Spindle Speed: `15k RPM
Feedrate: 50 IPM
Bit: 1/16"
Scores: Set at 25% of material depth
