Winemaker Klaus Peter Keller makes exceptional Pinot Noir in the Rheinhessen, where the limestone soils and climate mimics some of the best parcels in Burgundy. Here Keller talks about his two sites, the Dalsheimer Bürgel and the Nieder-Flörsheimer Frauenberg. Critics including Master of Wine Jancis Robinson, to New York Times writer Eric Asimov and Robert Parker's colleague David Schildknecht agree that Keller is making some of the most exciting Pinot Noir in Germany.
