Kevin gets Arrested. His Rights are read to him. He says he understands them, but I doubt it. Is reading the miranda rights still necessary? It is always our right to remain silent or be free to speak. It should also be our right to be told the truth.

Actually Kevin was hanging with the wrong crowd and stealing bikes. His relative had him mock arrested to teach him a lesson. In my opinion the police officers' actions escalated to cruelty and beyond the intensions of the relatives.

American cops are the most based cops in the world. Not only do they prevent crime they also prevent it from happening in the future.

Arrest them early. This will prevent future crimes h well commit in the future. And if you haven't notice, the kid is black; not white, yellow or brown.

How is this racist? I agree that the cop may have been a little overzealous in acting it out, but the boys relative knew that going through this would be much better in the long run than continuing to hang out with and participate with thieves.

This video is most likely being taken WAY out of context. The problem is that we are not seeing the events leading up to and after this moment. This could be exactly what everyone thinks it is, some racist white cop "terrorizing" and targeting a 7yo black boy for a minor offense. But it could also be a troublemaker kid being calmly apprehended and taken no further than the back seat of a police car to teach him the severity of his actions. After which the cop alerts the parents of the child's actions and returns custody to the parents. We will likely never know. Don't be so quick to draw such extreme conclusions when you only know a fraction of the story. Edit: actually, just click show more in the description, you'll see.
