Hello Youtubers and welcome to my handstand tutorial, today I'm going to share some tips and tricks on how to improve your handstand.
Now look at that, a handstand, because many of you have been requesting this, I'll go over the tips quite thoroughly.
Now, look at my stance, my arms are straight, my stomach's straight and you can't tell, but my toes are pointing upwards as well.
Ok, what I'll do is I'll play it in slow-motion and go over some tips and tricks.
First thing you want to do is make sure that your hips are above your shoulders at all time. If you're quite straight then your feet will be above your shoulders as well, in a straight line.
The secret of handstands is training, finger pressure training really. You use finger pressure combined with your hips to balance. So, when you're almost falling forward, you push your fingers in the ground, and if you're falling backwards, your palms.
This requires a lot of training before you get the hang of it.
Now, many people tend to make the mistake to keep their legs in front of them, in a crooked, banana like manner.
To prevent this from happening you have to use your hips to make a reversed thrust like motion to keep your body straight.
Like in the video.
I overdid it a bit there, but at least it shows how you can do it. And there you have it, a handstand.
Be warned though, there's a lot of training required before you can do a proper handstand, it's all about practice.
Now, if you have any questions regarding the handstand whatsoever, feel free to message me.
Thanks for watching.
