January 2012 Note: You can now visit and get your Timeline from there. You can also visit anyone who has the Timeline already and get it from there as well!

Dana Plazyk of has just set up her new Facebook Timeline profile. In this video, she explains what this means and how you might be able to see your new Facebook Timeline now before it becomes official on September 29, 2011.

On September 22, 2011, during Facebook's Developers Conference F8, Facebook announced major changes to the way the social network will look and behave. The major aesthetic change will be a new profile page called "Timeline." The Timeline will replace the current Facebook Personal Profile Page. It will be different in that it will recap your entire history in a timeline a scrapbook of your life. How it will be different is that it will include not only pictures, but videos, music, engagement with others, books you read, etc. The goal is to portray the "real you" as life happens.

Although Timeline will "roll out" on September 29, 2011, Dana gives you a step-by-step guide how you can access your Timeline, if you already have a developers' account with Facebook.

Dana owns No Excuses Mobile Marketing, Social Media and Local Search and believes knowledge is to be shared!
