October 20, 2011 - Chris Wilmot, Rochester Lancers President, announces the partnership with Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning as a Title Sponsor. "Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is extremely proud to be part of not just another Rochester professional sports team, but a shining example of the pride and spirit of our community. To be a supporter of the Lancer organization and a member of their extended team is an exciting honor for the entire team at Isaac. Sports are an important part of every community; and the addition of the Lancers is another thread in the fabric that is Rochester", said Ray Isaac.

Additionally, Rochester Lancers Head Coach Billy Andracki announces that Jim Hesch will join their coaching staff along with Craig Demmin, Francisco Escos and Bill Ginther. "Jim Hesch is a great leader and has years of experience in the great game of indoor soccer", said Andracki. Dave DiPasquale will be the Head Athletic Trainer for the 2011-2012 Rochester Lancers.

The Lancers have also added 5 new players to their roster pending league approval. Three are former Rochester Rhinos (Mauricio Salles, Rey "Boom Boom" Martinez and JP Reyes) and one is a current Rhino (Andrew Hoxie). The team has also added USL star player, Nelson "Nelly" Becerra of the Harrisburg City Islanders.
