Conceptual Models: Core to Good Design

(April 27, 2012) Jeff Johnson and Austin Henderson lead a discussion in which they look at why and how conceptual models are so important in the design process of any product. They detail what the first steps of production should be and how "designing what to design" can alleviate many of the pains that come later in design processes.
