VIDEO: This is a Drum Cover of a Medley I made from Meshuggah's 2008 album release ObZen and is the copyrighted property of its owner(s).
From this album I choose my favourite parts from each song, cut them up and made the medley in Protools. I didn't alter the pitch or speed of any song. I wanted the transitions between each song to be as smooth and unnoticeable as i could whilst still keeping similar energy between songs. For the song 'Bleed' I really love the simplistic vocal phrasing over the opening riff so i played it on the snare to complement the part. All the other songs i played as close to the recording as i could.
