The film tells the story of two young children marooned on a tropical island paradise in the South Pacific. Their life together is blissful, but not without physical and emotional changes, as they grow to maturity and fall in love. The film has major thematic similarities to the Biblical story of Adam and Eve.

In Victorian times, Mrs. Sarah Hargrave, a beautiful wife and two young children are expelled from the premises where found, for fear of catching the disease cholera. After days afloat, a sailor sent to take care of them tries to kill the children. But Sarah kills him with an oar, and dumped his body overboard. Days later, the mother and children come to a paradise island in the South Pacific. Sarah tries to civilize Richard, but gives up soon, as he had been brought by two shipwrecked lovers (the same as the 1st film). Sarah educates children from the critical point of the Bible as well as manners and education. Sarah prohibited from going to the other side of the island.

When Richard and Lilli reached the age of eight, Sarah dies of pneumonia, leaving the children overwhelmed and desperate. Sarah is buried on a hill overlooking the picturesque Sea reefs. Together, they survive only thanks to its resources. Years later, both Richard Lestrange as Lilli Hargrave grow both in height and muscle, and become young and beautiful teens. They live in a beach house and spend their days fishing, swimming, and exploring the island. As their bodies grow and develop, they begin to feel physical attraction to each other. Richard lost the game Easter egg hunt and Lilli searches the sea near a pearl as a reward. His penchant for racing a lagoon full of sharks makes you lose your temper, Lilli believed to be reckless, but Richard makes you feel manly.

Lilli up in the morning with her first menstrual period, which Sarah described as the threshold of womanhood. Richard wakes up in the morning with an erection, and suffers a nasty mood can not explain. But then enter into a discussion regarding the privacy of their acts and rules. One night, Richard will be banned from the island, and discover the source of noise on full moon nights. A group of natives from another island sanctuary use the Kon-Tiki. Richard covers himself with mud and hides in the manure. Meanwhile, Lilli is concerned about his disappearance. Richard escaped unharmed, but watched by a native who comes to think he's a god. In the final break, Richard and Lilli discover love and passion, which deepens their emotional bond. They fall in love, and make the formal exchange of wedding vows and rings in the middle of the jungle. Thereafter, they create their new feelings for each other in the coming months.

Soon after, a ship arrives on the island, taking as unruly sailors Stuffy Captain and his beautiful but evil daughter, Sylvia Hilliard. The party is over for the young couple, and Sylvia calls them back to civilization, after many years of isolation. Lilli Sylvia tries to steal her husband, Richard, seducing him, but he gets scared and strange, and realizes that Lilli is the soul of your heart. Meanwhile, a naked sailor Lilli observed in the lagoon, and attempts to rape her home and steal the pearl. Richard flees, pursued by the sailor, then lure sharks to the area of reef in the sea, killing the sailor. Upon returning, he apologizes to Lilli for not being aware of it. Lilli reveals to Richard that she is pregnant. They decide to stay and raise their children on the island, as they feel happy not to be with civilization. The boat leaves and the two young lovers are on the island later have a daughter called Sarah.
