Same pianist (Kimiko Ishizaka), same microphone, two halls, and two very different pianos. These two live recordings are J.S. Bach's Fugue in B-flat major, BWV 866, from the Well Tempered Clavier, Volume 1. The pianist is Kimiko Ishizaka, from her WTC World Tour 2012. The first recording is from Rockport, MA, in the Shalin Liu Performance Center on a Steinway D. The second recording is from the Bösendorfer-Saal in the Mozarthaus, Vienna, Austria.
