As a breastfeeding mother, there are times when you need to express some breast milk from your breast. If you don't have a pump, you can always use your hand. I show some tips and techniques that work best for me.

Expressed breast milk is great to use if your little one has a cut, scrape, or blocked tear duct etc. There are many uses for expressed breast milk. It can also help prevent mastitis.
