King Brand Support Tape is a Medical Grade Tape that has been designed for use during physical activity, work and in between other therapies such as ColdCure and BFST Wrap treatments.

Prior to using the King Brand Support Tape make sure that your skin is dry, clean and oil free. For application to support Achilles Tendonitis prepare one full strip of support tape 10 inches in length. Sit down with your foot on your knee, with your foot flexed with your toes pointing up towards your shin. Place the full strip of tape on the arch of your foot using 50% stretch. Pull it back and over the heel. Continue with the tape to cover your ankle and come up the lower part of your calf. Anchor the other end with no stretch and rub the tape to ensure the glue adheres to your skin. Take half a precut piece of tape 5 inches in length, and using a full stretch place it horizontally across the point of pain on your Achilles. This will form a cross shape. Place another half pre-cut strip of tape and place across any other sore or painful points on your Achilles. Repeating the same step. Relax the ankle and rub the tape to ensure sticking.

King Brand Support Tape can be worn during ColdCure Wrap Treatment without affecting the treatment. Support Tape can also be worn during the BFST Wrap treatment, however, the effectiveness of the BFST Wrap is slightly reduced by the tape.
