So let me try to clear some stuff up here for future viewers. The first group of mushrooms Lana and I come across are "Scaly Chanterelles" which should not be eaten (I mean you can try to eat them but the book doesn't suggest it), scientific name Gomphus floccosus. We do indeed find the edible ones later on in the video. They look much less "scaly" and do not have a hollow stem. I think I got good shots of both which should help you identify them in the future.
