Hey guy's! I'm back after a long period of nothingness for a new episode of Indie Outlook! Sorry for not being around lately, with my finals, my Fraps going full retard and videos becoming corrupted, I just couldn't get an upload out. My sincerest apologies, but now I'm back! Slight changes to the series, or maybe major. It is no longer a review, as I didn't want it to be one in the first place. Now each video is either a first impression or just showcasing the game. This is what I really wanted to series to be about.
This time I looked at a game called Grapple Knight by Red Knight Games. Honestly, after playing it, it was absolutely atrocious. The bugs and glitches were enough to deter me from the game, before finishing the first level. Falling into nothingness, enemies not being hit after obvious contact and being able to move through walls are just the most frightful. The game was also apparently built for an Xbox controller which is quite silly as this is a PC game. Make the default controls for the keyboard! Another thing is that when i'm swinging around or when i gained my armor in the beam of light (at the start of the game), my model changed from a nice looking animation to something drawn off of paint or some low quality model.
Although I understand it is in alpha currently, at the game's current stage, I cannot recommend it whatsoever. You guy's gotta step up your game (get it hehe?) But anyways, here's a link to the game so you guy's can check it out too! Don't forget to leave a like, comment and subscribe!
