Fishermen know the fish they're after, but like a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get once the hook hits the water. Fortunately, host Tim Farmer recognized the species and its prize potential and didn't allow Gaines to return fish to the water. This weekend, we outline the steps to certify your catch if you think the fish you land could land you in the record books.
