Obviously, lots of changes in iOS 7. Most good, a couple... not so good.
Some actions or features have changed.... some are purely cosmetic.

For example, you still have the wiggling effect to delete apps. They did away with this for stopping apps on the multitasking page. The little X is slightly different.

Moving apps around is still the same too... but Folders... well, their a bit different.

Now you have folder pages. It's nice because you can have a bunch more apps in a folder, but the down side is you can only see 9 apps on a page, which is kind of a drag.

I understand why Apple did it. It's because there are the same amount of apps you see on the folder from the main screen. It does a zoom effect to show all the apps inside a folder. I haven't maxed out the apps yet, but I've had a ton in one folder and haven't hit the limit yet.

Another crafty feature is one you might not notice right away. It's the "floating effect" or "3D effect" of the background image, in relation to the apps and folders on top of it. As you tilt or move the phone around the view of the background image changes along with it. You can see more or less of the image. It's a nice detailed effect to iOS 7.
