The quick Buddhist lecture "Free English Buddhist Gongyo Prayer Book" was uploaded by Anthony "Amp" Elmore President and Founder of the "Proud Black Buddhist World Association." The Proud Black Buddhist organization is a Nichiren Buddhist sect that practices the teachings of Nichiren Buddhism "inclusive of Black Buddhist history culture and language. Elmore notes from the Gosho "Recitation of the Life span and Expedient means chapter" whereas Nichiren Shonin notes that Shakyamuni Buddha taught the "precept known as "following the customs of the region." Elmore challenges the Nichiren Sects, "The SGI, Nichiren Shoshu and Nichiren Shu in regards to their not only extricating all Black culture, History and language from the Buddhist teachings Elmore calls Japanese Buddhist teachers "Cultural Imperialist" in that they do not recognized Black or African or African/American Buddhist history, culture and language.

Elmore notes in other lectures that the original inhabitants of Japan were Black people and a large proportion of ancient Japanese were "Black." Elmore notes the Black Cosmic Buddha statue at Todaji Temple in the ancient capital in Nara Japan.

Elmore note that the Japanese sect practice "Cultural Imperialism" in regards to African/Americans. Elmore in this video encourage Nichiren Buddhist to perform the sacred Lotus Sutra prayers in English instead of (Shindoku) Japanese Language. Elmore in this video provides not only a "Free Buddhist prayer Book" , we must fight to make Black history, culture and language inclusive of our Buddhist practice. Elmore notes that the "Precept of following the customs of the region is not observed in regards to "Black Buddhist." Elmore notes that we have a Black President of the United States of America, however in regards to Buddhist teachers we need to produce "Black Buddhist Scholars who will make Black history inclusive of Buddhist teachings.
