Like the emergency stop button on a treadmill, this piece will quickly shut down your Swift-Cut machine in the unlikely event of your torch crashing, thereby minimising potential damage to the machine.

The head plate locates on spring loaded steel balls into steel striker brushes, and is held in place by four magnets. When the micro switch is tripped by your torch crashing, on either the x or y axis, all motion is disabled.

Break-away head technology comes as standard on all our machines and is available to retrofit on older models.
