New Jersey Clean Communities (NJCC), a New Jersey Non-Profit organization, gives a brief history of trash abatement in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area.

NJCC New Jersey Clean Communities is a statewide (NJ), comprehensive, litter-abatement program created by the passage of the Clean Communities Act in 1986.
