Leftover stir fry rarely gets eaten in my house. The vegetables go limp and is just not as appealing. I came up with this little trick and now the leftovers are the best part and for the price of a pack of dumpling wrappers I can get a whole second meal out of these leftovers. This stir fry had chicken, bell peppers, onion, broccoli and edamame. It's a fast, easy and delicious way to spice up bland leftovers.
