In the wake of the by-election, the government has set its sights on pushing the 2012 electoral reforms, some pro-democrats have hopes of talking to mainland representatives, and the Chief Executive wants a public debate with the Civic Party's Audrey Eu. But has the democratic camp been strengthened or weakened by last weekend's vote?
