Week 5 - Recovery Week. What an enjoyable workout. It is not as intense as Cardio Recovery (primarily because of those evil lunges and squats!) but it was still a good fulfilling workout nonetheless... and that last move, whewie -- that is intense at the end and I managed not to fly away :) I absolutely LOVED the punches.. I love to kick and punch... the jab and squat where I jump 180 degrees to punch the other side was awesome fun!!
