**We get edgy at the end so be sure to watch**

Urban Outfitters tends to re-use concepts and have questionable ethics regarding the origin of the concepts for their products (http://kactapuss.blogspot.com/search/...). They steal, then capitalize on ideas of enterprising independent artists and designers by making knock off's of their work.

As a large corporation are able to source it to china and undercut the original designers price, marketing to people who don't know or care . They sell "Mass Produced Individualism" to all of their clients and that's an oxymoron. To small apparel designers they are what Wal-mart is to the mom and pop deli that used to be in your town. We created some shirts that made a commentary on Urban Outfitters customers. Avoid urban if you can and support independently owned stores and local or upcoming designers.
