This is the next video in our series about the analysis of variance, or ANOVA.; more specifically, the Two-Way ANOVA with Replication. This is also called a Two-Factor ANOVA. To make the topic more manageable, I have divided this video into several parts. In Part 1 we will discuss the conceptual background using graphics and charts while working through an example. Other parts will soon follow.
So in our last video we took an in-depth look at the Two-Way ANOVA without Replication and what it offers us. In a Two-Way ANOVA with Replication we have multiple measurements per cell, not just a single one. This allows for a new type of measurement; the interaction between two factors.
