This is a short video introducing the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS), in Campinas-SP. The national laboratory operates the only Synchrotron Light Source in Latin America and was designed and built with Brazilian technology.
LNLS integrates the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), along with three other National Labs: Brazilian Bioetanol Science and Technology (CTBE), Brazilian Biosciences National Laboratory (LNBio) and Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory (LNNano). CNPEM is a private research and development institution (R&D) founded mainly by the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI)
