I made this video because I would like to tell my story and the story of my family, but would like to change things. I grew up in a secluded berber village in the south of Morocco. The only source of water we had was 2 km away from home. I couldn't stand seeing my mom and my grandmother walk through bushes and paths, in this hard environment, to be able to give us water to drink, cook, or keep us clean. In times of drought and high temperature (every summer), we only have few drops, and water become very scarce. My objective is to start an NGO that will speak for the people in my village, my family, and will help them get access to basic comodities, water and maybe some day electricity, schools etc...I know the road is bumpy, but I also know I can change things. I have a secret dream that future kids born in this village won't have to leave their families to live in better conditions in crowded cities. This is our land, and no one should be forced to leave their lands. I also wish to offer my grandmother the pleasure of once in her lifetime, turn on a faucet and get herself a cup of clean water.
