U.S. President Barack Obama speaking at the 2012 White House Correspondent's Dinner.
The 2012 White House Correspondent's Dinner started off with a roast by U.S. President Barack Obama. It took only a minute for him to reference the controversy surrounding his birth, the second year in a row he has done so. Speaking about where his parents were born, he said "and I of course was born in Hawaii," then winking to the crowd.
Unfortunately, that is no joke.
What is a joke, is an American President ineligible to hold the position.
A few other odd jokes that stuck out for me:
After mentioning Sarah Palin, "What's the difference between a hockey mom and a pitbull? A pitbull is delicious ... little soy sauce ..."
"My step-father always told me it's a boy-eat-dog world out there."
Mentioning the 2012 dystopian movie The Hunger Games,"I have not seen The Hunger Games, not enough class warfare for me."
"To all my conspiracy oriented friends on the right who think I'm planning to unleash some secret agenda, you're absolutely right."
