The Lundquist European Seminar on Digital Corporate Communications and 15th Webranking by Comprend Awards took place in Milan in November 2016. The seminar is one of the largest corporate communications events in Europe. The latest edition, which saw more than 130 companies registered, addressed where digital corporate communications is going and awarded the best Italian and Swiss corporate websites.

Taking place at Sala Buzzati, Corriere della Sera’s headquarters, we talked about how corporate communications is evolving. We showed how an integrated content strategy will make digital corporate communications more effective and provided examples of companies that are already taking this path. Finally, we learnt from international case studies such as Roche, Orange, Juventus, Generali and Siemens.

In a separate session, we looked into how to develop a crisis communications strategy and how it plays out digitally. TUI Group, Swisscom and Eni shared their valuable experiences with us.

During the event, we gave an exclusive preview of our latest research on how sustainability is changing the corporate communications landscape and how Europe’s largest companies are innovating their approach to distinctive sustainability communications. As always, we presented the latest trends and results from the Webranking reseach and recognized the best performing listed and non-listed companies in Italy and in Switzerland.
