After sitting for about four years, Eldon Scarlett's dream car was finally created. When three different shops unsuccessfully completed his project - and on many occasions left it in worse shape than it had been in - Eldon got smart and contacted Noam Eli of SubyKing Motorsports. Together, the two of them mapped out a solid plan for a complete rebuild and a month later, it was finished.
