Regalo is my 2nd joke character. The first one being TUZAnagi.
After noticing the popularity (LOOOOL) TUZAnagi gained, I decided to make another shitty joke character. Note that I was surprised of TUZAnagi 's popularity, because the character was made to mock the "GOD" style chars and the other cheap shits.


If you are wondering what Regalo has, it's simple: Dio 's THE WORLD STOP TIME move, and a load of faster shits (read the docs, I'm lazy to write).

And please, DON'T REQUEST the original CCIRugal. My Kof95/CVS/Yuri characters are private (by Yuri I mean Yuri95, 96, 97 and 98). Thank you.
