that's my cousin! what a strike!
Thomas Samuel
I love the commentators reaction to davis goal reminded me of gary neville
Grant Martin
Hmm making a run and putting it around the keeper...I see that a ton. In fact, in 1v1 situations vs. the keeper, the striker is favored and yes I probably could do that.
Grant Martin
nope, another crew goal from the same game is on there
Giffdogga
Davis
Geoff Pecar
are you kidding? ok ill admit that neagle's was a good goal but its not the same as making the right run and getting around the goalkeeper...you probably couldnt do that (i probably couldnt nor could i make a pass like higuain's) so i thought it stood out
Grant Martin
Brad Davis for GOTW with the most lethal left foot in the league!
Grant Martin
yay he got a pass and was able to slot it around the goalkeeper, yawn. And guys who "just kicked the ball hard"? If you "just hit the ball hard" it would go flying over the goal. What's note-worthy about these goals is the power, placement, and accuracy. Gaven ran down a field and put it past a goalkeeper. I agree Higuaín made a good pass but not a standout goal at all.
