Knightmare was an innovative children's TV adventure game show that ran for eight series in the UK on CITV from 1987 to 1994.To mark the 25th anniversary of the programme being first shown on television, various interviews were conducted with a selection of the show's cast, crew and contestants who were involved in some or all of the programme's series.

This documentary allows them to share their views and opinions on what is was like to play a part in something that proved to be very cutting edge and revolutionary.

Featuring interviews with Hugo Myatt, Tim Child, David Rowe, David Learner, Mark Knight, Cliff Barry, Edmund Dehn, Alec Westwood, Tom Karol, Bill Cashmore, Michael Cule, Rea Pearson and Alan Boyd.
