Instagram is a hot place to be when you are having a live event. It is best if you have planned out areas and shots before the event starts. You don't want to miss out on opportunities to build excitement and promote your event, because you didn't plan.

Crowdsourcing will be one of the best ways to fill up your stream during the event. But, you need to make sure you have your hashtag ready and a person assigned to handle the event branded Instagram account.
