Third run of my 1kW 2m solid state power amplifier on the dummy load. Now, with the homebrew lowpass coaxial filter.
Now, bare amplifier board have been equiped with home-made enclosure, input power 6dB attenuator, input and output coaxial relays with bypass for RX, N connector for input and 7/16" as the output. Low power connection was made of RG402, 1kW output connection of UT-250.
All voltages and currents the same as in previous tials.
Enclosure was made of milled aluminium. I've decided to add one more blower for cooling amplifier chamber. Two Eltek Flatpacks connected in parallel (but by independet rapid fuses). Independed litle Mean-Well PSU for 5V for logic board, 12V for biasing and measurements, and 24V for fans and relays.
Four switches on the front panel, from the left - standby (only accesory PSU), tx-ready (Flatpacks on by ANLY SS-Realay), amplifier class selector (not used yet), manual RX/TX switch.
