At the 2013 Hartford regional event. We completely disassembled our robot to the frame. Items replaced: Complete re-wiring of the control system with new layout due to battery location move, 2x new drive gear boxes (6 CIMs - single speed), complete re-plumbing of the pneumatics and of course a new super structure.

How did we do it? With the help of FRC 228 and lots of pre-planning before showing up on Thursday. Rebuild time was scheduled to 15 minute blocks, code was developed and tested before showing up.
