An adult house-centipede (Thereuonema tuberculata, family Scutigeridae) was found sticking on the tiled wall in the kitchen. When I took pictures, the nocturnal house-centipede hid behind the bill to avoid the strobe light. When disturbed further, it scuttled around in a panic with 15 pairs of long legs and vanished somewhere around the sink. Shot with an infrared video camera (night-vision) at night (22:30 pm) on early-September 2014 in Japan. It had the body length of 23 mm.
