i downloaded the plans for this plane for free at http://www.rcpowers.com/ and it is the first plane i have ever built (my slow stick didnt really count since that was a kit). this was my third flight and i lost orientation while flying inverted and put it into the ground by pulling up when i should have been applying down elevator input. a little bit of hot glue, epoxy, package tape, and a new prop and its up and flying again better than ever since re-mounting the battery on the right to counter the effects of torque rolling to the left on hard throttling. i didn't use the right kind of foam because i could not find blue cor fan fold foam at my home depot. the foam sheet cost me about $2.95 with tax and i reinforced it with popsicle sticks and some carbon fiber rod i had laying around the garage. i used a 3 cell lipo battery instead of the recommended 2 cell because im a big fan of excessive power. will post another vid of it when i can find another camera man to get up early in the morning. like my friend said "i got up early for this crash??!!"
