Hi guys, it's Stephy (BlackRoseProdzZ) =) So this effect is requested by xJuBee & xBecca16
If you got any other requests, feel free to ask in the comment box ❤ I hope this video is helpful, keep reading for written instructions step by step =)

1) Choose some cadres (or use pictures), ADD them to the track, crop them and fit them to the beat;

2) After you gather them together, click with the RIGHT mouse button, on the aria in between, until a menu with transitions appears! Choose one transition and go on with the next step =)

3) Fade the first footage at the beginning and the second - at the end!!!

4) Add "Black & White" video FX !!! BE CAREFUL !!! In order to make it look like it's fading to the black & white color, you should make a point at the begging and point at the end of the effect's timeline. Start with no change and turn it into 100% black and white at the end;

5) Add "Glow" video FX !!! IMPORTANT !!! In order to enlighten with the glow only the part when the beat is higher, you have to make three points on the effect's timeline. The point in the middle must be with the highest adjustments and take place at the peak of the beat (the highest visual point of the audio track) !!!

6) Add Sony Vegas Transmissions!!! If you got the New Blue FX Pack, that's a big PLUS, but if you don't - use the original Sony transmissions. I used::
+ New Blue AB Halo\ "Dream"

7) Fit to Move !!!
+ Open the "Event Pan Crop"
+ Make a point at the begging & point at the end of each cadre.
+ Move it up, down, zoom it in, or zoom it out! Whatever you want !!!

8) Don't forget the Motion Blur !!! The value of the blur is your choice =)

Enjoy! Thanks for watching !!!
