Hailey Jackson, a white house reporter for NBC news asked Sean Spicer today for two questions. When a third was asked Spicer made an innocent joke comparing her counting to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). She wasn't amused and asked Sean Spicer if he wanted to elaborate.
