LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Set 1
2 cup all-purpose flour
16 oz. box of cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder

Set 2
1.5 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
2 large, whole eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Set 3
1 cup heavy cream

The taste of roskette is very similar to many Latin American cookies because cornstarch is a main ingredient. The cookie discs for alfajores, an Argentinian sandwich cookie, tastes so much like the Chamorro roskette. The primary difference is that we bake roskette until it is hard and crumbly while the cookie discs for alfajores is soft.
