Zebrafish development

17 hours of zebrafish development, from the 2 cell stage to the 16 somite stage, by Rolf Karlstrom and Donald A. Kane.

In December 1996, Development published a special issue containing 37 papers reporting the results of two pioneering zebrafish mutant screens carried out in Germany and the USA.

On the top right hand corner of each page in each article was a single frame from a timelapse movie of zebrafish development made by Don Kane and Rolf Karlstrom. The video itself is shown above.
