We ask so much of urban nature. It needs to provide environmental benefits, to be pleasant and comfortable, and above all to survive - all within the incredible confines of the built environment. Where do we see nature succeed - and what makes it successful?

Peg Staehli (SvR) and Nate Cormier (AECOM), both board members of the Landscape Architecture Foundation, discuss whether we're loving nature to death - and how the design profession can continue to make sure nature survives and thrives in an every-urbanizing world.
